How does the live personalization station work?

We arrive with our hot foil stamping setup and a selection of leather goods. Your guests choose a product, pick their personalization — initials, a date, or a zodiac stamp — and watch us press it into the leather right in front of them. Each piece takes just a minute or two, so the line moves quickly even at larger events.

What kind of space do you need at the venue?

We bring a standard 6-foot table, a battery for our power, the embossing machine, type font, foils, and leather goods. Indoors or covered outdoors works best. Other than that, we just need space for people to gather around the table.

How many guests can you serve at an event?

Each personalization takes about 1–2 minutes, so we can comfortably serve 30–40 guests per hour on a single station. For larger events we can adjust the product selection to maximize throughput. We'll help you plan timing when you reach out.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks out for standard events. Larger events, peak wedding season, and holiday dates fill up fast — the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have. We'll always be upfront about availability.

Can I also order pre-personalized gifts without the live station?

Absolutely. If you need embossed leather goods shipped to you ready to distribute — groomsmen gifts, conference giveaways, milestone awards — we handle those as custom bulk orders. Same high quality leathers, same craftsmanship, delivered event-ready.

What's the difference between hot foil stamping and blind debossing?

Hot foil stamping transfers a metallic foil — gold, silver, or copper — onto the leather under heat and pressure, creating a shiny, reflective impression. Blind debossing uses the same heat and pressure without foil, leaving a subtle, tone-on-tone impression in the leather itself. Both are permanent.
